Summer Run Club+ (with midweek training)

Take your running to the next level with Run Club+®, our 8-week guided training program for 5K, 10K, or half marathon distance runs. We provide opportunities to learn and improve your running techniques through our detailed training plans, coaching, and community support. Come run with us, mama!

This 8-week program includes:
    • Personal training plans based on your goal distance.
    • Education and information on form, nutrition, best practices, and more.
    • Access to private Slack group for run club members only. Full of accountability and a community to cheer you on through training.
    • The support and guidance of certified run club coaches throughout your training and through the finish line.
    • Saturday morning group runs. Strollers are welcome! Meeting locations vary as we head out to experience a variety of local trails and coffee shops.
    • Wednesday evening group runs and 30min Body Ignite.
    • Free access to FIT4MOM On Demand
    • And so much more to keep your training FUN!



Cancellation Policy: Purchase of a Run Club+ session is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are unable to attend a run, you have free access to FIT4MOM On Demand.
